Correcting Posture through Stretching

a new DVD by Dr. Mark Rosenberg, Chiropractor and Martial Arts expert

This DVD is appx 36 minutes long and covers the essential stretches necessary to correct postural problems that haunt many people today. Dr. Rosenberg goes over in great detail where posture comes from, how postural defects unfold,what habits affect posture, and which stretches can help correct poor posture! The information is clear, direct, and easy to follow.

The cost for this DVD is a very reasonable $18 plus shipping in the US. (US sales only at this time.) The DVD was made as an educational tool for Dr. Rosenberg's patients, and has no background music, fancy camera angles, famous actors, or breathtaking scenery! It is packaged in an environmentally friendly paper envelope, instead of the typical large plastic library case. This was done to reduce waste and make the info available to all for a reasonable fee. This is an introductory offer for a limited time!

DVD's will be shipped out within a few days of your payment. The number of DVD's available is limited, so if we run out, you will be notified by email, as our duplication facility takes a week to make more copies.
